Not bad at all.

Just a couple suggestions,

You can condense the size a bit if you use an icon for working and another one for non working. this way it can shorten it down quite a bit to clear room for other columns. Possibly a 3rd with a hover over caption block like we do with the SKSApps HDL list. That could knock out another column and clean it up nicely.

Submissions can be kept simple with just using a thread for people to post up their findings.

but all in all, well done!

These are all CD to DVD conversions that didn't wont work for some reason.
all have an added 1gb file as per instructions in the CD to DVD conversion tutorial.
anyone got these to work ?

Downhill Domination - Freezes on magenta colour
Mister Mosquito
Gradius 3+4 PAL
Ring of Red - Freezes with black screen after cyan colour disc still spinning.
Quake 3 Revolution - shows the quake logo then won't load any further.
Starwars Starfighter
Top Gear Dare Devil
Romance of the three kingdoms VII - First screen is to corrupted to see (think its the memory card screen) then when you press a button, it won't load any further.

could it be because of LBA values ?
what is needed to build these types from CD to DVD correctly, is it a complicated process ?

Reno, I made a small error. Shinobi was in fact a DVD game. >.<

mobygames has a scan of the disc and the back of the box both confirming it's DVD.

Contra and Dynasty Warriors 2 are definitely CD games, though.

I personally follow this method to convert CD to DVD

I haven't converted the games you have listed above, but any I have done so far work fine with this method.
Worth a try if you want.

Easiest way, to rip, shrink, or convert is UltraISO-Method.
7Klicks and your Image is ready.

I've just tested this game personally (on rev 9a, 9b and 10). It works just fine. I also recall some other people posting it as *working* title.

Understand, that for DL media you got to have both perfect laser and perfect burn. No more, no less. Note, that for DVD video playback any errors would cause some artifacts or skips at most (it would have to be something really terrible to make it freeze), while for games.... it simply has to be 100% readable.

I patced first the Dl patcher and next esr patcher but the game not working the blue screen shows up with ESR 9.2B and gui2test version and next the black screen of the death. i turn on the modchip and same result TOXIC or pS2 logo shows up and BSOD!!
