I would like to know if the project is death.

Is it that someone can give me the source code?
Because I would like to add the video and others.

As far as I know the MyPS2 project is dead, and source code is not available.

Yeah, surely dead after 2 and a half years of inactivity.

Source is still available via ps2dev svn:

Granted I don't think it includes the samba based myPS2 version's complete sources as those library sources were released separately on the authors' website.

No username or password required. Just fire up your svn client by issuing the following:
