Self installing boot disc

Hi guys, I'm kinda new to this and I was wondering how to make a self-installing boot disk for my modded ps2 (fat) so i can install ulaunch and a few other apps onto my MC

I've already tried using the ps2 exploit utility which made a .bin and .cue file and burned it on a cd with nero but it aint working, can i get some help/advice on this please?

there is ulaunchelf iso ready for burning to cd. you should try that.

And i believe you boot it with Swap-magic.

Can it be installed by using the swap trick with a swap card ?
