pen drive compatability list

well for starts my ar max pendrive works

My colleague sent me a pen drive tester made by mirsiir. I translated it to the best of my ability using google and did some rephrasing on some other stuff to make better sense in the english language. Put your pendrive onto your PC and add some directories and files to it then put your pendrive into your top USB slot in your ps2 and run the ELF with PS2link, Pukklink or naplink. If it works you should see the directories of your pen drive. All credit where it's due, mirsiir.

Post your drives in this topic please!

My 2.5" IBM 810MB IDE-drive also works nicely with the USB-IDE adapter.

no...I had it formatted to FAT, and I had some unimportant files on it.
It just listed the files, said Done, and gave no errors.

this program doesn't launch anything anyways, it just tells you if your pendrive, does, in fact, work.

my Lexar 64MB JumpDrive is not working with this utility.
However, my iRiver iHP-140 MP3 player works great with this as well as PS2OS

I got creative one time and tried to see if my Attache 256mb drive would show up in the ARMax memory manager--it more or less killed it. Says it is read-only now no matter what position the switch is in. All the files that were on it at the time are still present, but I can't take anything off, format it, nor add anything new to it.

I'm thinking it was just a fluke, of inserting/removing it while it was being initialized or something, since I haven't seen anyone else have a similar problem. So just a word of caution to anyone who can't easily get a replacement drive.

As the USB-driver supports up to FAT32 and the size limit of FAT32 is 2 terabytes, I don't see why it shouldn't work.

And can HDA see this USB device?
I believe there is room for a new HDA revision.

Anyone got CVC or a way to pipe the assembly opcode/source for the old HDA to a textfile?

I will test it eventually :-)

Is there an array that I can pipe PS2 .elf files to in order for .s .src or .asm files to be made?

Papyrus 6-in-1 card reader works and 8MB Disk-on-key works. It would be nice with an update command in the program so you don't have to reset the PS2 all the time as reset in InLink doesn't work with this program.
