Whoops, I forgot to tell about how to use it

The software will look for the file "bor.pak" on the same location it was booted. For example, if you use ps2link to boot it from host:, it will try to load the bor.pak file at host:bor.pak. It doesn't reset the IOP, so, it should be able to get benefits from any previously loaded irx, and thus, it should maybe load magically from hdd. No idea though...

Now, you can force the boot location by renaming the binary. If it starts with "cd" (like "cd_bor.elf") it will try to load the file cdrom0:\bor.pak, if it starts with "dvd", it will try to load the file cdrom0:\bor.pak, in DVD mode, if it starts with "host", it will try to load the file host:bor.pak, and finally, if it starts with "mc"... duh... forget about it

The options should be automatically saved on the memory card. Beware, it doesn't tell when it does... but just don't remove the memory card, the joypads, or switch off the console when it does, that is, when you exit the settings menu, or when you finish off the game.


Apart of that, I don't see anything else to tell...

Yesterday I posted a way you can play BOR on the HDLOADER, why is it gone?? Is it because I can't talk about it or something!! Sorry if I broke a rule!!

Hail, my first post.

Seems not work to me. I made a cd (i wasted hundreds), i can see the "license" screen, but nothing more. What do you need to do to make it "right"?

Btw, is possible to make a dvd? My play2 seems not like cd-r, it likes dvd-r more...

i use CDGenPS2. I put a SYSTEM.CNF like you said. BOR.ELF and BOR.PAK.

Then i made an iso. Burned with nero (usign 4x)

And the only thing i get is your first screen. Seems it doesnt load bor.pak.

I tried renaming BOR.ELF to CD_BOR.ELF, but doesnt work either. It always get stuck in the same first screen.

Just as a side question: did anybody actually try to burn the game on a DVD-R(W), using the prefix trick I mentionned before ? Just beeing curious (and still waiting for gsKit 0.2 :P)

Hdloader isn't freeware. Hdloader is warez software & this is the reason why you can't post the info or downloads/links to Hdloader.

i finished the game but after reset the bonus mode is gone it wasn't supposed to save?
